Congruent is looking for a Energetic and Passionate individual to join our Sales Team. The position is for a Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills, both written and oral / excellent presentation skills
- Quickly learn & understand our services and our prospective customers’
- Ability to generate own leads using networking platforms & other tools
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound reach, cold emails etc.
- Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
- Self-starter and should have ability to work with minimal supervision
- Capable of multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced environment
- Developing and managing scalable long-term relationships with prospects and customers
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to efficiently close sales opportunities
- Experience working in B2B and Software sales will be preferred
