A Non-Profit organization headquartered in US with offices spread across East Coast. They have over 5000 members from different Government and Non-Government organizations with varied experience.

Customer Situation

  • Internal portal sites were running on SharePoint 2010 Standard which is out of support period
  • Using office 365 based portal for internal training needs which provided less customization capabilities for business users
  • IT team was managing content/rights to different sites/sections thereby becoming an administrative overhead
  • Existing custom software is being replaced with MS CRM which has to have Document Management capabilities that needs SharePoint integration

  • The current setup involved migration of both SharePoint 2010 sites and Office 365 sites with different integration components in place
    • Designed the on-premises infrastructure setup
    • Installed and configured SharePoint for internal needs
    • Upgraded the existing SharePoint 2010 sites’ content to SharePoint 2013
    • Migrated the content and forms from Office 365 to SharePoint 2013 On-premises setup
    • Integrated with hosted Exchange solution and On-premises MS CRM setup
