Customer : Employment Service – Private non-profit agency, US

Congruent implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM to a 50 years old private non-profit agency that serves children and adults with disabilities. Customer : State Government Agency, US

The customer is a state government regularity commission for utility and transportation services based in Washington, selected Congruent as its partner to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Their business data was stored across multiple disparate systems and they required an integrated business transactions/process between the departments.
